Natures Beauty Supply is committed to providing the best customer service possible; therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Natures Beauty Supply will gladly accept returns within 30 days from delivery date.

General Policy

Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packing including all original tags, manuals, or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, unaltered, not tried on and undamaged.

Customers must inform Natures Beauty Supply when they wish to return an item(s) utilizing the info@naturesbeautysupply.com website.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. We suggest shipping all returns using traceable delivery methods as we are unable to process any refunds without proof of delivery.

If returned item(s) are not in the original condition as they were sent, we will refuse or send the package back to you with return shipping charges added.

Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the item(s) were shipped incorrectly or damaged.

Return merchandise will receive a minimum of 20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item(s).

Any claims for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to the info@naturesbeautysupply.com website. Claims must be accompanied by a photo(s) displaying the evidence of the claim.

Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned item(s) is completed and will always be issued to the same card to which the original charges were made from. Please remember, it may take a few days for your bank to post the refund; if more than 15 days have passed, please reach out to info@naturesbeautysupply.com.

Ineligible Items For Return

Clearance item(s), Promotional item(s) Special order item(s), personal beauty products to include shampoos, conditioners, hair gels, sprays, and all beauty cosmetics.

Any product that is opened, used, altered, tried on, damaged by customers, missing pieces and missing any packaging materials.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses.

Additionally, we cannot accept refunds for item(s) purchased with a gift card.
